These terms cover buying from LOOM Atelier through this website. Placing an order means you accept them. Please read them before you order — and if anything is unclear, ask us first.

Who you are buying from

The fragrances
We describe each fragrance as honestly as we can, but scent is personal — how a perfume reads on your skin depends on you, and a description is never a promise about how it will smell on you.
Photographs are styled. Bottles, caps and packaging may differ slightly from the images, and natural materials vary a little between batches.
Perfume is flammable and is for external use only. Keep it away from heat and direct sunlight, and out of reach of children. If your skin reacts, stop using it.
Placing an order
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. The order is accepted — and the contract begins — when we confirm it and the parcel is on its way. Until then we may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if the address looks wrong, or if a price was listed in error.
You do not need an account. You can check out as a guest.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on the product page and again at checkout before you confirm. The price you see at checkout is what you pay.
Payment is by cash on delivery: you pay our courier when the parcel reaches you. Please keep the exact amount ready. [Add any other payment methods here once you enable them, and say whether prices include GST.]
We try to keep prices and stock accurate. If something is listed at an obviously wrong price we will contact you before dispatching, and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel.
Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.
Please check your address carefully. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has left us, and a parcel returned because nobody was there or the address was wrong may incur a redelivery cost.
Cancelling, returning and refunds
You can cancel an order by writing to us before it is dispatched, and we will cancel it at no cost.

If a fragrance arrives damaged, leaking or not what you ordered, tell us within [number] days with a photograph and we will replace it or refund you. That is in addition to your rights under consumer law, which nothing here takes away.
Reviews
If you leave a review, the name you give and what you wrote appear publicly on the product page. Write about the fragrance — we may remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic, contain personal information, or are not genuine.
What belongs to us
The LOOM name and mark, the photography, and the words on this site are ours. You are welcome to share a link or a page. Please do not copy our images or text for your own commercial use without asking.
Using the site
We keep the site available as best we can, but we cannot promise it will never be down — it may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
We are responsible for loss we cause by failing to meet these terms. We are not responsible for losses we could not have foreseen, or for anything outside our reasonable control such as a courier strike or a natural event. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything we have described falsely.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order. We will change the date at the top when we update it.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of India, and the courts of [your city] have jurisdiction. [If you sell outside India, take advice — buyers abroad often keep the consumer protections of their own country.]
